JAY PARTS Bushing & Sleeves Kit performance Scrambler & Sportsman 850/1000 (rear)

The sleeves are made of hardened stainless steel, only the best is good enough for our claim!
For the bushings we used PE-GL as wear-resistant matrerial. With an all-round lubrication we rated an inner spiral groove as optimal. Sealing against dirt and water takes over an O-ring.

ATTENTION INSTALLATION
Do not hit the bushings with a hammer!
Sufficient grease into the bushings before installation.
After use, when greasing, only apply grease to the grease gun until the first resistance is detected. Fat should not spill out!

RECOMMENDATION
Always change both sides, as there is a big difference in quality to the original spare parts!
We reccomend using water resistant grease when installing, BEL RAY Waterproof you can find in our shop.
