JAY PARTS repair kit front differential pinion Scramber/Sportsman 850/1000

The Jay Parts aluminum cover is made from AW7075 high strength aluminum and the bearing clearance is made on the instruction of the bearing manufcturer.
In the kit with the pinion the repair spare part can be used in case of wear or breakage of the differential. The shaft is stronger than the standard shaft of the scrambler. The combination pinion with the cover, it can be used easily and you save the purchase of the gear (€ 1950,-) or the entire inner life (€ 950,-).

BE CAREFUL THAT
- the teeth on the large ring gear in the front differential are not broken or too worn
- after putting together the differential of the pinion can be turned with your hands
- only Polaris Demand Drive oil is used
