JAY PARTS 12" BRAKE KIT POLARIS SCRAMBLER AND SPORTSMAN 850 – 1000

After modification, 12″ rims can be used to take advantage of free tire choice. Regardless of the greatly improved braking performance, the handling also changes positively!

DELIVERY UNIT:
4 x double piston caliper (original the Scrambler has only one) break Polaris RZR 800s including brake pads
4 x Jay Parts mounting brackets

What else needs to be changed to make the kit fit?
The brake discs must be turned off in diameter by 6mm. The perfect brake disc RACE is availalbe in the usual JAY PARTS quality with part number JP0077.
Change / adjust brake lines depending on the system (different in the year of manufacture)

WE RECCOMEND
When using the integral brake system, use a Brembo RCS 19 clutch pump for the best braking performance. You can order the Brembo RCS 19 also in our shop.

IMPORTANT!
With use the 12 inch kit you can also use 25x8-12 on front and rear as the factory team in the USA and our Jay Gröpl dirves successfully. As a result: axles, cardan shafts, gears and belts are spared.

PS: Kit was developed and tested with the following wheel manufacturers: Hiper Wheels, ITP, IT, OMF, Keszler in the dimension 12x5, 12x6, 12x7 and all 14 inch rims.
